8 of 12 – I doubt that the idea of a supreme court was for it to be so political. Too many judgements are based on the politics and not what the Constitution states in WORDS. The justices think that it is O. K. to render a verdict on their views and not what is WRITTEN.

Wow, I did bad! Only 5 out of 12! I need to study up on the history of the Supreme Court.

I didn’t do well at all. 6 out of 12. I think I need to learn more about the Supreme Court. ?

Please review how many times the court has changed its size. The answer is actually 7 but many historians claim 5. It all has to do with the Midnight Judges Act and its repeal. Please review and advise. Thank you

Extremely quizzical as to where the quiz is. Certainly not on my Tablet.

“Republics are created by the virtue, public spirit, and intelligence of the citizens. They fall, when the wise are banished from the public councils, because they dare to be honest, and the profligate are rewarded, because they flatter the people, in order to betray them. ” Justice Joseph Story 1833 Commentaries on the Constitution
