8 of 12 – I doubt that the idea of a supreme court was for it to be so political. Too many judgements are based on the politics and not what the Constitution states in WORDS. The justices think that it is O. K. to render a verdict on their views and not what is WRITTEN.

Please review how many times the court has changed its size. The answer is actually 7 but many historians claim 5. It all has to do with the Midnight Judges Act and its repeal. Please review and advise. Thank you
