Illegal Immigration Must Be Dealt With, says AMAC

illegal-criminal-record illegal immigrationThe inscription at the base of the Statue of Liberty is an invitation to legally come to the U.S.

WASHINGTON, DC, Feb 9 – “The plain and simple fact is that illegal immigration is unlawful and those who enter the U.S. unlawfully must face consequences in a fair and just manner.  In addition, our government has an obligation to prevent the crime in the first place,” says Dan Weber, president of the Association of Mature American Citizens [AMAC].

“The issue of criminal migration must be dealt with one way or another.  And, those who call on the Congress and the authorities to do otherwise are asking them to commit a grievous breach of their responsibilities that have a serious impact on our ability to control crime,” according to Weber.

He says Democrats in Congress who seek extreme immigration reform that aids the cause of illegal immigrants, good or bad, “need to turn down the volume.  They are lawmakers first and Democrats second and they have a responsibility to the citizens they serve in their communities.  As it stands, it seems they’d rather put the so-called rights of non-citizens ahead of the genuine rights of the American people who elected them.  I’m all in favor of the kind of compassion offered by President Trump in his negotiations with his opponents on this subject.  But, that kind of compassion begs compromise from the other side.”

Weber is an advocate of the border wall.  And, while liberals and progressives may see it as unnecessary, the AMAC chief says that the porous nature of the barriers we have in place now along the Mexican border make it too easy for lawbreakers to get into the country.

“How many innocent people need to be killed before the left realizes that some of those crossing our borders illegally are not really all that eager to live the American Dream.  The poem inscribed on the base of the Statue of Liberty says give us ‘the wretched refuse of your teeming shore.’  It’s an invitation to legally come into the country.  It does not invite wretched foreign criminals to come ply their nefarious trade here.”

Dr. Ron Martinelli is a nationally renowned forensic criminologist and a Certified Medical Investigator.  He recently wrote an opinion article in the Web-based newspaper, The Hill.  In it, he noted, “the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Sentencing Commission reported that as of 2014, illegal immigrants were convicted and sentenced for over 13 percent of all crimes committed in the U.S.”

Martinelli also pointed out in his report that official government crime statistics show that illegal immigrants make up only 3.5% of the population.  But, that they are convicted and sentenced for the crime of murder at a rate three times that of American citizens and legal immigrants.

President Trump had in his audience for his State of the Union address at the end of January, Elizabeth Alvarado and Robert Mickens.  They are the parents of two teenage girls who were brutally murdered by members of the international MS13 crime gang.  The FBI says it is one of the nation’s biggest criminal organization in the U.S. with some 6,000 members nationwide.  And, too many of them are illegal immigrants.  The two girls were among some 17 persons slain on Long Island by MS13 gangsters there in 2016 and 2017.

“Yet, liberals – especially some in the media – are quick to dismiss these facts as did MSNBC host Joy-Ann Reid in reporting on the president’s speech.  She dismissively told her viewers that when Mr. Trump acknowledged the presence of the distraught parents during his speech, he made it sound like illegal immigrant criminals is ‘the biggest issue in the U.S.’  Well, Ms. Reid, I’ve got news for you it is indeed among the biggest issues that face our nation today,” says Weber.

To me it appears that a (maybe) controlling part of our elected officials are for more interested in what THEY won’t than what the American people need.

I have a unique DACA & Immigration system solution on my landing page at: http://www.restore-america.us/. It highlights utilizing the 16 Territories owned by the U.S. as entry, processing and assimilation incubators, which teaches applicants that Freedom is not Free and mitigates unlawful voting in Federal elections. I would be interested in any responses as it is in draft form and a work in progress.

Now we know how to reduce all crimes in the US by 13%; BUILD THE FRICKEN WALL!

This insanity that we are the dumping grounds for the refugees of all other nations and that we will allow them to usurp our immigration laws and defy our immigration policy is insanity, WE are a sovereign Nation, there is no denying that fact and we will control our borders, vet any and all who seek the legal means to enter and deport those who illegally came across our borders..We, are not a welfare country, self reliance is required, assimilation is required and the procedure for acquiring citizenship is required…American law is the rule of law under the US Constitution and Our government exist by the consensus of the governed, We are a Republic a nation of laws and we will gladly grow our country with new blood by the means of legal immigration…….MAGA…….

Why is this so hard? Enforce the laws of our land, or change the law. It is just that simple! Why is that so hard for our elected representatives to grasp?
Un-friggen-believable…

Build the wall.
Allow a window of 12 months for all illegals to register: name, address, dependents, employer, pay taxes etc.
Any employer who hires an illegal without registration card following this grace period will be fined $100,000 per illegal and lose their business license to operate for 3 years. Check and balance. Those gainfully employed will rid their ranks of non registered illegals as not to jeopardize their job! Any illegal seeking employment without registration card will immediately be deported.
After a period of 7 years, without the commission and conviction of a felony, one will take the oath and be granted American citizenship.
Any felony committed by a registered illegal during this 7 year period will result in immediate deportation..

If anyone illegally enters Mexico, the Mexican Army arrests them, beats the dickens out of them, and throws them into prison. After Mexican prison they get deported. Given how they treat illegals in Mexico, why should Mexicans have the right to come here illegally? Because America is where the money is….
We need to control our border and stop giving hand-out’s to illegal aliens or we won’t have a country left.

Two points: 1) The Democrats’ platform is entirely based on the Welfare Entitlements Empire they created. This can be summarized as “Vote for us, and we’ll give you other peoples’ money!” Trump’s unexpected election over their Socialist Princess Hillary threatens their Welfare Empire. They are therefore deadly serious in their hatred and obstruction. They want to see America fail so they can regain power over federal spending. 2) The Democrats want to see illegal aliens pour into America and get the right to vote, because they believe these aliens will vote for Democrats. If they achieve this, America as we know it will die, and we’ll become another 3rd World nightmare, run by patronage and political corruption, just like Chicago, New York, Baltimore and all the other parasitic big cities run by Democrats.

To stop illegal immigration and establish a balanced budget in order to save our country, we must do the following. 1. STOP VOTING DEMOCRAT!! 2. Arrest anyone who hires illegals! 3. Establish a budget that makes us live on the taxes we take in and stop borrowing money!! 4. Remove all Socialist/Communist/Fascist Democrats from our schools and colleges!! 5. Arrest anyone in the media making false or misleading statements that damage our nation. The Democrat candidate for Vice President (Paine?) called for a Civil War. Perhaps that is our only chance of accomplishing the things listed above. I don’t want to live in “their” America. “I would rather die on my feet than live on my knees!” Franklin said, “we have given you a Republic, IF you can keep it”. Well, are we willing to make the sacrifice it will take to save our once great country and give our children and grandchildren the kind of country they deserve? I doubt it. Instead, we will go bankrupt and live in poverty under Socialist/Communist/Fascist Democrat rule forever. Reagan said “once a people have known freedom, and then lost it, they were never able to get it back”. That is the future of America.

Going after media sources for allegedly presenting false statements or claims is a slippery slope. First of all who would be the gate keepers of truth? How many media sites support the claim of human made climate change? Who are the witches and who are the demons?

Better to let the public decide then to have some sort of media inquisition going after blasphemers of the church of establishment media.

follow the law! AMERICANS have stood by thru 7 amnesties by not having immigration laws on the books enforced. demand that ALL illegals be prosecuted and deported. we the people must stand up for LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. the use of the CONSTITUTION to allow children born here to be citizens must be settled once and for all time in the supreme court. all elected officials that support illegals should be voted out in november. we the people need to follow the law and stop allowing FEELINGS to govern US!

It is time to correct the immigration laws to be fair to how the process goes. Like your comments stated we have tried the amnesty routine without fixing the problem of how people who are not citizens enter the country and bypass time limitations of entry visa. Let alone the problem of chain migration without any vetting. It is just too easy to enter the country and stay under the radar but really easy to get benefits (like SNAP, etc) if you have no on the books income. A correct process to citizenship only takes 5 years but bypassing the process leads to problems, like the example I read of one individual who lived here 39 years but never became a citizen because he left the country for 2 years during that time and on his re-entry was denied long-term visa because of leaving. (I believe part of the process of citizenship means giving up the status of the old country. Afterall one is here to become part of the USA, not come here to use all the benefits and return home. I think being here for that is called a temporary employment visa (H-1B), beyond that employment, you need to decide at the start of employment to complete citizenship requirements.

Illegal is illegal. If I do something that is illegal and I get caught, I have to pay fine, community service, or incarceration. Pretty much black and white in my opinion.

We should not spend any tax money on people that are here illegally And another look at the money we are throwing down that rat hole called Washington DC.

Its important to clarify the these invaders are not immigrants, they are “Illegal Aliens “. The original immigrants applied for citizenship and were fleeing an oppressive system. There was no Welfare or Social security and the US population was under 100 million.
This invasion was started in 1986 under the Regan Administration, perhaps under the influence then vice president George Bush. Who as president brought the Somalia muslin’s to Minnesota in 1992.

Both G.H.W. Bush and G.W. Bush were Progressive Republicans in favor of both open borders and the globalist agenda. The only reason Reagan selected Bush the elder as V.P. was as a means to ensure the establishment GOP wouldn’t actively try to sabotage his Presidency. Reagan and Bush held quite different values on numerous issues.
