Kyle Rittenhouse – Breaking News

“On Friday November 19th, 2021, jurors in Kenosha, Wisconsin found defendant Kyle Rittenhouse not guilty on all counts, after the teen was charged with first degree homicide in an act of self-defense during Kenosha’s 2020 summer riots. After four days of deliberation and fifteen days of trial, Rittenhouse (18) will return to society as a free and innocent man. Not only is this a big day for Kyle Rittenhouse, but as a Nation we preserve the constitutional right to bear arms and act in just self-defense.

Rebecca Weber, President and CEO of AMAC, America’s fastest growing conservative group, commented:  “The judge in this case noted the process ‘justifies confidence that the founders of the country placed’ in juries and our judiciary. I could not have said it better.  This process and verdict demonstrate the enduring strength of America, the wisdom of our Founders and courage of thoughtful citizens, who every day sit on juries.  We are a nation of laws, borders, and rights, not of lawlessness.  We are a nation with a constitution that protects our right to self-defense through the 2nd Amendment, fair trial in the 6th and Separation of Powers, allowing a jury of our citizen peers to confirm the reasonableness of our actions.”  Added Weber, “this is a day of celebration for rule of law, a guarantee in which every Americans should take comfort, we are blessed to live in the greatest nation in the world, where rights mean something, and our citizens know it.”

This young man had every right to defend him self in the face of imminent bodily harm. Being chased by crazed adults bent on inflicting possibly fatal blows gave him all the justification he needed to protect himself. End of story.

Absolutely the right outcome! The process worked as it should have!

I am happy with the verdict, that the jury was not reacting to the loud disturbance outside the court room but was reviewing the evidence and the LAW affecting the case. While the reason for Kyle being there is still debatable, the matter of self defense was the legal question. Should this be a matter of teaching for gun safety for parents and their children, Yes! Does this mean there should be more strict gun laws, No! Now the big question is, can Kyle live his life without being hounded by the far left extremist? That is questionable at best.

The other half of your big question is whether can Kyle live his life without being exploited by the far right ? My guess is that both extremes will try to take advantage with Kyle stuck right in the middle.

If our country would allow for investigations before demanding someone be charged with a crime this would stop.

What you want is already the supposed normal procedure anytime a shooting occurs. Talk to any local police in your city or down and they’ll explain the normal process to you. They have detectives investigate the matter to collect evidence and testimony from witnesses. Then the police meet with the DA, if they find evidence of a criminal act, and the DA decides to prosecute or not. If there is no evidence of any criminal act, as in this case, the local DA just rules it justified and that’s it. Case closed.

In this case, the normal process was tossed out the window for political reasons. All the Democrat officials up and down the food chain this case were motivated to appease the BLM rioters that had been allowed to run freely through the city. Burning, looting and destroying private property to their heart’s content. The mob wanted blood, so when this kid was forced to defend himself, he became the target to appease the leftist mob.

Paul, see above comment I made regarding a Grand Jury system. Sounds like you are not in Texas, but in a state that does not have a Grand Jury system. Look into it, it works well in Texas, especially in times like these!

In Texas we have a Grand Jury system. The Grand Jury must indite for a criminal case to go to trial. If the Grand Jury does what is called a “no bill”, it doesn’t matter what the DA says, the case cannot go to trial. A lot of states gave away their rights for a Grand Jury via their state Legislators changing their state laws. The Grand Juries in Texas are made up of a diversity of citizens that serve for 3 months, then a new Grand Jury is appointed in the county. Great system that brings together citizens and the legal profession. People that live in leftist states would do well to consider how to return to a Grand Jury legal system. It takes citizen involvement, and when citizens won’t or don’t participate via ignorance, misunderstanding or willful negligence of this liberty we have in America, they lose this freedom and are likely to lose the knowledge of how a Grand Jury protects citizens from prosecutors like the ones in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.

There was never any justification to put this young man on trial to begin with. Based on the available video evidence and sworn statements from the two attackers in this case, which no doubt was previously given to law enforcement personnel during their routine questioning beforehand, Rittenhouse was acting in self defense in the face of imminent threat to his life. That someone has to end up being put on trial in order to placate the mob, stoked on by a fanatical left wing media, just shows how far “rule of law” has declined in this nation.

I’m glad justice prevailed in this case and I just hope the Governor of Wisconsin doesn’t order the National Guard troops to “stand down” in order to let BLM and the rest of the professional agitators brought into the city to exploit this mess burn the city to the ground.

Agree with the verdict but more of a close question on whether the DA should have charged Rittenhouse. The DA’s case was weak and on top of that, they overcharged.

As you pointed out, one of the defense’s best witnesses was the wounded guy who was called by the prosecution. His testimony was compelling for the defense.

I hope that this result doesn’t give false hope to those three good old Georgia boys. Their jury is going to put them under the jail.

I don’t expect to hear so much as a squeak from blm/antifa after the verdict was correctly read…
Mr. Rittenhouse was innocent from day one…MSM knew this as well & they reacted in the opposite manner as did the faux potus… Justice was properly served on Friday, kudos to the judge & the jurors for NOT allowing themselves to be swayed through threats of violence…
In closing, if just ( 1 ) of these lowlifes dares stick their heads out on the above mentioned verdict, in any city they should be put down by the full extent of the law & I mean put down hard with arrests that stick…
After (18) plus months experiencing a broken judiciary in the nation, finally a ” Breath of Fresh Air. ”
I listened to the JRB reaction to the verdict, Biden is an utter disappointment folks…
In closing ” RELEASE ” the innocent people from the Capital City Jail in Washington, DC. They have been held in solitary confinement for ( 10 ) months now under extremely unsanitary conditions…
I pray Kyle Rittenhouse gets the necessary counseling from an extremely stressful long period of time as he has shown all the signs of PTSD. I wish Kyle & his family a lovely Thanksgiving together…

Hi Bill,

Unfortunately, the folks being held as political prisoners in Washington won’t be getting anything close to “equal justice under the law”. If they were, that would mean all of them would have been released with little to no bail within hours of their arrest like the thousands of BLM and ANTIFA rioters were, who actually killed, burned and destroyed $2 billion dollars worth of private property. With all chargers completely dismissed within a month. Our federal government is determined to make an example of every single one of them by leveling the highest possible sentence for what amounts, in many cases, to simple trespassing.

As for Kyle, his best option is to stay away from the media, both right and left, and try and get back to some semblance of a normal life. His attorney should sue the likes of CNN, MSNBC and the other MSM networks for defamation in the same way Nick Sandman’s lawyer did. With the kind of financial settlements all these networks would be willing to pay to avoid seeing the inside of a court room and having to testify under oath, Kyle will be able to do whatever he wants in his life.

Hoping Kyle and his attorneys do sue CNN. CNN is not doing well financially, and it could be the proverbial “straw that breaks the camel’s back”. It’s time to restore this country to an understanding of the blessings of Constitutional liberty, and the evils of communism that is being pushed by the traditional media and the current Executive administration.
